The business plan also needs at least a rough financial pro forma that shows the potential returns the business could generate by focusing on these sales opportunities. What are the expenses you will encounter? What sort of fees, permits, contractor payments, franchise licenses, utility bills etc. will you face on a monthly basis? If you don't know, look at the competing business and try to gauge their performance and their providers' rates to make assumptions for your own model.
